The Flaming Lips have unveiled the full details of the musical based on their 2002 album, Yoshimi Battles the Pink Robots. The show runs from November 6 to December 16 at the La Jolla Playhouse in San Diego, California. "Yoshimi is a young Japanese artist [who] journeys alone into a fantastical robot-world where she wages a war with fate . . .
