Former Korn Drummer David Silveria Pleads Not Guilty In DUI Case

Former Korn drummer, David Silveria, who was arrested in March and charged with DUI in Huntington Beach, California, entered a not-guilty plea earlier this week, according to TMZ. Silveria was arrested at 10:45 AM on a Sunday after rear-ending another driver. He claims that he was not drinking, but that he had taken a sleeping pill the night before, the effects of which had not quite worn off.
