A PA man’s taste for criminal behavior came back to bite him — Scott Shover was spotted ripping open packages of raw meat, masticating mouthfuls, and leaving the leftovers for the next consumer to come along. It’s estimated that he did $24 worth of damage to the store’s meat counter. Because of four prior theft convictions, Shover was charged with a felony.
Gnome liberation at it’s finest - Police in Montana said they are trying to find the rightful owners of several garden gnomes discovered in various locations at a high school. Noal Petty, a school resource officer at Capital High School in Helena, said 22 gnomes were discovered in various locations, including on the school’s roof eight of the statues have thus far been returned to their rightful owners. Petty said he is hoping to find the owners of the remaining 14 gnomes before the items have to be turned over to the Helena Police Department as evidence. Petty, said he is also looking for information on who stole the gnomes from their homes and glued them to parts of the Capital High building.
Whistling in the wind - The Monroe County Sheriff’s Office said an off-duty Florida Highway Patrol trooper who was traveling to a Sept. 11, 2001, remembrance ceremony with his wife and young child Sunday saw a man stand up through the Mercedes Benz sunroof with his pants down. The vehicle was stopped by deputies a few miles away and Julio Socarras Mompeller, 31, was in the passenger seat with his shirt off and his pants loosened. Two other people who were in the vehicle told deputies Mompeller had exposed himself through the sunroof but said they did not know his reasons. Cause he’s STUPID??? Mompeller was charged with indecent exposure and taken to the Monroe County Jail
