Fruit of the Loom locked and unloaded

A Pennsylvania man who was trying to guarantee safe sex ended up in a very unsafe position –after two men robbed him at knifepoint, taking nothing but a condom. The man, whose name was not released, was walking down a street on the east side of Erie when the men approached him and took the single condom he was carrying. We’re presuming it wasn’t in use at the time.

A 64-year-old man in Australia tried to steal a woman’s car at knife point but apparently it took him too long to load his walker and groceries into the vehicle he wanted to steal! The man allegedly approached a 22-year-old woman in the parking lot of a Kmart and held her up with a knife he had just purchased in the store. The woman gave the man her car, and as he was loading his gear she called the authorities. Police arrived before the old man had time to leave. A responding police officer called it “the most bizarre incident” he had ever encountered on the job. The senior suspect was charged with one count of armed robbery.

dark alleyA Pennsylvania prosecutor says an officer was justified in shooting a man he thought was armed in a dark alley.  Blair County District Attorney Richard Consiglio did not name the police officer or the man he wounded. Consiglio says the officer was on patrol at about 4:30 a.m. when he was confronted by the man. Apparently, the guy was naked below the waist except for his shoes.  The prosecutor says the man raised his hands while holding a dark object the officer thought was a gun. Turns out the dark object was…his underwear! The officer then shot the man in the shoulder. The man’s current condition hasn’t been released and no word on if he got a chance to put his underwear back on.
