Now THIS is unconditional love - A man in Britainhas asked for a woman’s hand in marriage—not long after she stabbed him in the back with a 12-inch knife. And he did it in court! Tiffany Baillie has admitted to stabbing her boyfriend while he was asleep in December; the crime occurred near the first-year anniversary of the death of her infant and soon after a miscarriage. Her lawyer says she was consumed with grief and doesn’t know why she did it. The attack almost killed Gregory Todd, but after a few months in the hospital he visited Baillie in jail to tell her he forgave her. When she appeared in court to admit to the stabbing, Todd appeared in his best suit, carrying a ring. When her lawyer relayed the proposal to the court, Baillie burst into tears—but she hasn’t given an answer yet.

That was a BLAST! - A family participating in an Easter hunt inHolford,England, Saturday discovered what appeared to be a grenade while searching for eggs. The family alerted police, who quickly cordoned off the area and part of a nearby road as part of safety precautions. The Explosives Ordnance Disposal then carried out a controlled explosion.

STRIKE! - The California Highway Patrol said a crane thief who led police on a short chase knocked down 10 power poles while attempting to flee.  Investigators said Jerry Don Clonce, 54, stole the crane from a location near Bradshaw Roadin SacramentoCountyand led police on a short chase that resulted in the utility poles being knocked down, leaving about 300 homes without electricity. Clonce was charged with stealing a vehicle, possession of stolen property, assault with a deadly weapon, felony evading, destroying public utilities and felony vandalism. He was taken to the Sacramento County Jail.  I can see 1 or 2 poles but 10???
