We all know getting a tattoo of your lover will eventually end up a bad idea but I can’t figure out why murder tattoothis guy didn’t see this coming.  A Kansas man charged with first-degree murder is afraid the tattooed mirror-image of the word “murder” across his neck might prejudice a jury.  So he is asking for a professional tattoo artist to remove or cover it up.  Prosecutors say they aren’t opposed to Jeffrey Chapman covering his tattoo, but Barton County’s sheriff says he’s against transporting Chapman to a licensed tattoo facility.

A famous New York strip club is suing a New Jersey cardiologist over a hefty tab he refuses to pay. Scores is suing Dr. Shaddy Younan, whom they say owes them $135,000 after four visits to the club. The 41-year-old heart doc says the bill is fake because he’s never been there, and if he was it was because he was drugged. The club’s owner, Stephen Hyman, says, “He was coherent until he saw the bill.” He also says he has video to prove he was there and the credit card number he used to run up the tab.

A 38-year-old woman staying in the intensive care unit (ICU) of Excela Health Westmoreland Hospital in Greensburg, Pennsylvania is being accused by the city’s police department of selling heroin from her hospital bed! Captain Zucco told WTAE that a confidential informant was, “able to purchase approximately 30 bags of heroin from her. In a subsequent search of her person and her room, they were able to confiscate 380 bags of heroin, approximately $3,800 street value.” Drug paraphernalia and more than $1,000 in cash were also found. Both stations indicate that the hospital patient will be officially charged today.
