A Canadian man who’d been having stabbing pains in his back for years obviously did not have a very sharp doctor. Billy McNeely said he’d complained to a variety of medical professionals over the past three years, but was told that it was nerve damage and there was nothing that could be done about it. The 32-year-old, who was treated for a stab wound back in 2010, says that a lump formed in the painful spot on his back recently and when he touched it, he felt something odd. His girlfriend, Stephanie Sayine, examined the lump and discovered there was a 3 inch blade embedded in his back, which doctors finally removed.  “I’m kind of upset with the health system,” McNeely said.

Charlotte County, FL sheriff’s Deputies arrested William Russell Voswinkel Jr., for allegedly swinging the sword and cutting his 21-year old brother in the hand during an argument about buying synthetic marijuana. When police arrived they said there was blood throughout the house and on the floor. Voswinkel has been charged with aggravated battery with a deadly weapon.
